Intermittent fasting.



Anti ageing medicine study separate from plastic surgery finds, that the way people live longer is by putting the body through a type of stress that helps the body to creates stem cells. This impacts on ageing and even how long one lives. Studies show that people who fast have a better stem cell production that is anti ageing and even cures some types of cancer. Fasting is hard especially when you are used to eating three times a day and grazing all day which is not the right thing to do.

Intermittent fasting is essentially eating within a smaller window of time by eating within an 8 hour window. So in the morning you have liquids like tea, coffee, green tea and water. You then eat between 12 midday till about 8pm. Where you stop till the next day.

You don't have to do this everyday, but you can plan it around your schedule.
